Screws were lose when we got the bikes from the dealership and we are constantly having to check to make sure everything is tight. We've both had fuses go out and had some mounting problems with our hard cases, usually after hard off road riding. but compared to your list everything has been minor. thanks for the info, i'll definitely use it for a reference. Bad luck, that they were not put in correct. Sounds like you have some of the problems we had with the KLRs, too.
