		<description>Wow, the list of mods you made to your bikes is quite long. we only made a couple of the same changes to our bikes.

Screws were lose when we got the bikes from the dealership and we are constantly having to check to make sure everything is tight. We&#039;ve both had fuses go out and had some mounting problems with our hard cases, usually after hard off road riding. but compared to your list everything  has been minor.

		<description>It was a good idea to replace the radiator fan, the originals are bad quality. Bad luck, that they were not put in correct.
Sounds like you have some of the problems we had with the KLRs, too.
